What is Savagesparrow Studios? 
Savagesparrow Studios is an independent clothing label inspired by anime, geek and gaming culture.

Who does the artwork?
All artwork is created and finished by owner Jennifer Brazas.

Can I commission you for something?
I do take commissions in the “off season” of conventions when I’m not running around and scrambling. The easiest way to secure a slot for a private commission is to fill out my Commission Queue Form. Payment only occurs when its your turn in the queue, so there’s no commitment if you decide to change your mind later. The queue is pretty long though, so it may take a while to get to you!

Is there a way I can follow the process?
Yes! Jen often streams artwork on her Twitch Channel, and also posts progress shots and behind the scenes things on her patreon.

Do you offer wholesale for your products? 
Yes we do! Please contact savagesparrow@gmail.com for information.

Why don’t you print [X] on [Y] cut? 
Typically, non-standard cuts tend to be more expensive to print on, and without a sizeable demand, just not worth it for us to invest in. Sometimes, it’s also possible that the same product color isn’t available in the alternative cuts–this is why there are no Sunbros or Mt. Moon Tank Tops, despite the demand.

We are happy to hear about stuff you’d like to see, however!

Why don’t you sell [X] thing anymore?
When a design reaches the end of its product lifecycle, we typically phase them out for new things. If a design you are interested in isn’t around anymore, please check out my teepublic store as that’s typically where we post up designs that we’ve clearanced but still have some fans.


Shipping Basics
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in the USA, and ship via USPS. Order processing time is typically between 1-5 days from order date, and orders ship out every day!

How much is shipping? 
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout by weight and current shipping rates.

How long does shipping normally take after I place an order?    
Domestic orders typically take 3-7 business days after processing time. International orders usually take 14-21 days after processing time.

Can I track my order online? 
Yes! Once your order is shipped, a tracking number is provided.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged? 
Please send an email to sales@savagesparrow.com and mr_orders@monumentprintco.com with your order number and a photo (if damaged). Please allow up to two weeks before declaring an item “lost”.

What is your policy regarding returns and exchanges?
We only accept exchanges on items that were incorrectly sized or damaged in transit. All exchanged items must be new, unwashed, unworn and with any original tags/packaging. Customer assumes the cost to ship the item back.

Replacement will occur once we receive and look over the item(s). In case we no longer carry the item(s), we will offer a refund or exchange for equal or lesser value item(s).


Sizing Basics
All of our unisex shirts/Tanks are printed on Gildan’s pre-shrunk cotton. They tend to run a little bigger and do not shrink in the wash. The ladies’ fitted tees are printed on Gildan’s soft style, and tend to be a little smaller and shrink slightly in the wash.

For the leggings, there are currently two types of fabric as noted in the description on the product pages. The smaller set of sizes is printed on a neoprene and does not stretch very well and tends to run smaller, while the other is printed on a stretch fabric that fits standard western legging sizes.

The dresses are printed on a stretch fabric and fit standard western skater dress sizes. The dress length comes to mid-thigh on average.

Why isn’t my size/item available?
As a product gets to the middle/end of its lifecycle, this is when we usually end up having to reprint. However, many things go into reprinting including time, availability of the printer(s), amount of items needed to meet the quota, available funds for the run, shipping, etc. We are still a small company, so sometimes it can take a few weeks/months to get some of the non-standard sizes back in stock.

We ask that our customers be patient, and we will do our best to provide notifications when the items are back in stock.
